How do you use the washable sanitary pads?

Place the sanitary napkin in your panties, fold the wings over to the bottom. Replace the sanitary napkin every 4-5 hours or when it is saturated. It is preferable to rinse the sanitary napkin after use and then keep it in a wet bag (waterproof bag) until you start washing. You can also choose to put them in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse them with the washing machine when it is time for laundry. However, this does increase the chance of stains.

Washing instructions
