The story of Eco Egg
Eco Egg was founded by Dawn White, who struggled with eczema herself. Her search for a skin-friendly and sustainable alternative to conventional detergents led to the development of the Eco Egg laundry egg in 2014. This innovative product uses special laundry pellets, thereby offering an ecological and plastic-free alternative to regular detergents. The Eco Egg ensures that you no longer need plastic detergent bottles, saving approximately 40 plastic bottles annually. Furthermore, Eco Egg offers a 10-year warranty on their laundry egg, making it a sustainable and cost-saving choice.

FAQ | Frequently asked questions about Wasei Eco Egg
How do I know when it is time to replace my pellets in the EcoEgg?
The washing egg can be reused repeatedly until the pellets have significantly decreased in size and have substantial dents. More specific instructions can also be found in the included manual! But in short:
For an egg with beads for 50 washes: when all the beads are in the main part of the wash egg and they are below the line where the colored and white plastic meet, it is time to replace them.
For an egg with grains for 50 washes: when all the grains are in the main part of the egg and you look at the top row of openings, you will see a notch. If the grains reach below this notch, it is time to replace them.
The small amount of leftover pellets goes into the residual waste after use. Order your refills for the Wasei here now >
