What is behind the SELANAtec technology?

The first layer against the skin absorbs liquids quickly and passes them on to the underlying layers so that there is no feeling of wetness. This layer is also provided with an antibacterial protection.

The following layers are also very absorbent and prevent unpleasant odors. In some models, a highly absorbent polyester core forms an extra layer.

The underlying layer consists of a breathable protective polyurethane membrane. It ensures that the underwear is leak-proof.

The outer layer is made of a skin-friendly fabric that is pleasant to wear. The substance used depends on the product. Depending on the model, it is cotton or a combination of nylon and elastane.
