How do I use this sanitary pad?

Place the panty liner or pad inside your panties, folding the wings under. Change the pad every 4-5 hours, or when it's saturated. It's best to rinse the pad after use and then store it in a wet bag (waterproof bag) until you're ready to wash it. You can also choose to put them in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse them in the washing machine when it's time to wash them. However, this does increase the risk of staining.

When do I use this sanitary pad?

You can use regular sanitary pads throughout your menstrual cycle. Stop using them once the bleeding has completely stopped. You can also use sanitary pads for light spotting and vaginal discharge, but panty liners are also suitable for this.

How do I wash Imse washable sanitary pads?

Before using it for the first time, wash it two or three times for optimal absorbency. Machine wash at 60°C (140°F), preferably in a net. Then hang it up to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as this will reduce absorbency.

Tip! If you buy enough panty liners and pads, you can wash them all at once once your period is over. For one period, you'll probably need four packs of regular pads, two packs of night pads, and two packs of panty liners.
