• Place your pre-washed menstrual cup with the opening down on the blue insert
• Close the lid and open the steam valve
• Heat the Merula Cupscup in the microwave for 5 minutes at 750 watts. If the wattage is different, adjust the heating time. Make sure that the water in the Merula Cupscup does not completely evaporate.
• After the heating process, the Merula Cupscup and its contents are very hot and hot water or steam may escape from the cup

Storage

Store the Merula Cupscup dry and with the lid open.
