Should I combine period panties with a tampon, menstrual cup, or sanitary pad? Every period is different, and you know it best. It depends on the amount of flow and what you prefer. On heavier days, you can combine them with tampons, (washable) sanitary pads, or a menstrual cup for extra security. If you choose to wear only period panties, you should change them on heavier days, just as you would a sanitary pad or tampon.

Washing instructions

We recommend rinsing the underwear with cold water first. We also advise against placing it on a radiator, or using fabric softener or bleach.
