How do I use this sanitary pad?

Place the pad inside your underwear, folding the wings over to the underside. Place it with the adhesive side facing away from your body! It's best to rinse the pad after use and then store it in a wet bag (waterproof bag) until you're ready to wash it. You can also choose to put them in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse them in the washing machine when it's time to wash them. However, this does increase the risk of staining.

When do I use this sanitary pad?

Night pads are used at night, while you sleep. These pads are more absorbent and have a little extra length. It's recommended to change your pad just before bed.

How do I wash Imse washable sanitary pads?

Before using it for the first time, wash it two or three times for optimal absorbency. Machine wash at 60°C (140°F), preferably in a net. Then hang it up to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as this will reduce absorbency.

Tip! If you buy enough panty liners and pads, you can wash them all at once once your period is over. For one period, you'll probably need four packs of regular pads, two packs of night pads, and two packs of panty liners.
