How do you use a washable sanitary pad?

Place the sanitary pad in your panties, fold the wings down to the bottom, and secure them with the snap button. Replace the pad every 4-5 hours, or when it is saturated. It is preferable to rinse the pad after use and store it in a wet bag (waterproof bag) until you wash it. You can also choose to place them in a wet bag immediately after use and pre-rinse them in the washing machine when it is time for laundry. However, this does increase the risk of stains.

Washing instructions:

Rinse the underwear with cold water after use before putting it in the washing machine. Wash in the washing machine at 30°C. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or a tumble dryer, as this affects the absorbency. You can read the complete washing and care instructions here .
