How should the lunch box and bamboo plate be treated and cared for?

Clean the lunch box and bamboo board with warm soapy water and to remove any food odors you can use a dilution of bleach and water (1 tablespoon of bleach per 1 gallon of water). Do not soak the board in water and dry it with a tea towel or paper towel after cleaning. To keep the bamboo plank in good condition, we recommend using a food-safe mineral oil once a month and applying it with a cotton cloth (if you use the plank regularly). Make sure to wipe off the excess oil. This ensures that it does not dry out and crack.
