How does it work?

For best results, fill the cup with hot water for hot foods or cold water for chilled foods for about 3 minutes and empty before using. Leave enough space at the top for the lid. The top of the flask is wider than most liquid flasks, so you can heat the food to the maximum possible temperature for optimal heat retention. Tighten the lid by hand, but without using extra force.

How do I take care of my lunch cup?

This product should NOT be used to keep milk products or baby food warm or cool. Do not store perishable foods for an extended period of time. Keep out of the reach of children if the product contains hot liquids. Before screwing on the lid, make sure the sealing ring is undamaged and fits completely in the bag. Transport upright. Hot liquids can cause burns.

How do I clean my FOOD BOTTLE?

Clean with warm water, a sponge and washing-up liquid before first use and after each use. DO NOT submerge in water. Dry thoroughly after draining. Always store with the lid removed.
