What does this label mean?

The Hevea pacifier is the first 100% plastic-free and colorful pacifier in the world. They are completely vegetable-based, made from 100% natural rubber from the sap of the Hevea trees. The beautiful color is made from FDA approved natural color pigments, because why settle for less if it is something that puts your baby in its mouth? The natural rubber has a silky touch that is so soft and soothing for your baby's face and teeth. Easy to clean in hot water and very hygienic due to the seamless design.
