Folding Techniques Menstrual Cup

The 4 best-known folding techniques are:

  1. Heart fold : flatten the menstrual cup and fold both sides together.
  2. Half-moon fold : Press in and down on the rim of the menstrual cup with your thumb at the same time. With this folding technique, a lot of air remains in the cup, so that it can unfold better after insertion.
  3. Buckled fold : flatten the menstrual cup and push one side down diagonally.
  4. S-fold: Flatten the menstrual cup and fold the two ends together in a zigzag so that the finished shape resembles the letter S.
