How do I use the oil pulling mouthwash?

  • Mouthwash is not a substitute for brushing and/or flossing, but it is a good addition.
  • Take 1-2 teaspoons of oil. Rinse in the mouth for 5-20 minutes, then spit out. Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Due to the absence of fluoride, it is better to use this product before brushing your teeth.
