The emergence of Eco Rascals
Eco Rascals was founded in 2018 by Kristina and Celeidh, two British mothers living in Abu Dhabi. Kristina and Celeidh are both very focused on reducing plastic in everyday use. For this reason, they went in search of beautiful and designed tableware for children in which no harmful material has been processed.
The beautiful tableware from Eco Rascals is made from bamboo grass. Bamboo grass is fully grown within 5 years, a lot faster than an alternative type of wood. The bamboo used for Eco Rascals products is grown without the use of pesticides. In addition, the use of bamboo grass ensures that all products are plastic-free.
Plastic free & environmentally friendly
The products are not only consciously produced plastic-free and environmentally friendly, they also look cheerful. The line of products ranges from spoons to spout cups. There are plates in different shapes (such as a car or owl) and a silicone suction cup is attached at the bottom of the plates that ensures that it stays in place.
