  • Free pickup at our warehouse in Breda: on working days between 9:00 and 17:00 at Minervum 7384, 4817 ZH Breda, Netherlands. No appointment needed: come by as soon as you receive the email that your order is ready.
  • We ship with PostNL and DHL.

When will my order arrive?

Order on a working day before 16:00 and we ship your parcel the same day. In the Netherlands it usually arrives the next working day; delivery to Belgium takes on average one working day longer. Orders placed after 16:00 ship on the next working day (Monday to Friday); weekend orders ship on Monday. Delivery times depend on the carrier, so we can't guarantee them. You can follow your parcel with the tracking code in your shipping email.

FAQ

Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point, or change the delivery time?

At checkout you choose home delivery or pickup at our warehouse. Once you've received the tracking code from PostNL or DHL, and before the parcel is on its way, you can change the delivery on the carrier's website, for example to a pick-up point near you or to your neighbours. For PostNL you need an account.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No. If you're not home, DHL delivers to your neighbours and lets you know. PostNL takes the parcel back and you can collect it from a PostNL point from the next day. With the link in the tracking message you can also pick another day, a pick-up point or delivery to your neighbours.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. (By law you have 14 days; we give you 30.)

How to return

  • The easiest way: register your return in our returns portal and buy a discounted return label there (€4.95).
  • You can also tell us by email at info@graceisgreen.com or with the model withdrawal form below. Then send the products back within 14 days to the return address below.

Return costs are yours, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective or wrong.

Condition of returned products: you may open a product and inspect it the way you would in a shop. If you use it beyond that, or it comes back damaged or incomplete, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Please send products back in their original packaging where possible.

Hygiene products: not returnable once the seal is broken

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products can't be returned once you've broken the seal or opened the hygienic packaging after delivery. This applies to, for example:

  • menstrual cups, washable pads and other reusable period products;
  • washable diapers and swim diapers;
  • packs of diapers that have been opened (unopened packs can be returned);
  • pacifiers and teething rings;
  • DoddleBags.

As long as the seal or packaging is intact, these products can be returned like any other product.

Refunds

  • We refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping costs if you return the whole order, within 14 days of the day you tell us you're returning it. We may wait until we've received the products, or until you've shown that you've sent them.
  • We refund with the payment method you used, unless you agree to another method. The refund costs you nothing.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Damaged or defective?

Was your parcel or product damaged on delivery, or does a product break after normal use? Contact our customer service straight away and we'll find a solution. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.

Packaging

Most of our parcels go out in boxes made of grass paper, sized to fit the contents. Filler and tape are made of paper, not plastic. According to the manufacturer, grass paper contains up to 50% fibres from sun-dried grass and takes less water, energy and process chemicals to make than paper from wood pulp alone.
