New Website
Our website is getting a fresh start
On Monday 19 October, Grace is Green moves to a new website. It looks a little different, and shopping with us gets easier, faster and more pleasant.
What changes for you?
Not much! Your account details and order history move over to the new website automatically. You don't need to create a new account or remember a new password.
Will the website be unavailable?
On Monday 19 October between 11:00 and 13:00, the website may be temporarily unavailable while we switch over. If you can't reach us during that time, please try again a little later. Orders placed before the switch will be handled as normal.
How do I log in?
It will be even easier, with no password needed.
- Go to graceisgreen.com and click Log in
- Enter the email address you've always used with us
- We'll email you a short code. Enter it and you're in!
Can't find the code? Check your spam or promotions folder. Changed your email address, or no longer have access to the old one? This will only work after the SWITCH :)
Do my discount codes still work?
Yes. All your existing discount codes stay valid and work just as before.
What's new?
- A refreshed design that's easier to navigate
- Easy login with no password to remember
- Smoother, faster checkout
- Easier searching for products, so you can quickly find what suits your needs and allergies
Something not quite right?
Anything new can have a few hiccups at first. If something doesn't work the way it should, please bear with us and let us know. You'll be helping us make the website better for everyone.
