ImseVimse

ImseVimse is a Swedish brand specialising in textile clothing and products for personal care and hygiene. The company was founded around 30 years ago (1988) in the small town of Visby by Marie Walleberg. There was a need for diapers that would soothe diaper rash. By switching to cotton diapers, the rash quickly disappeared. Marie Walleberg then decided to set up an innovative brand for cotton, reusable diapers. Examples of products added to the collection over time:

  • Washable sanitary pads
  • Washable swim diapers
  • Reusable tampons
  • UV-protective clothing.

Who it's for

The Swedish brand is mainly aimed at young women with children. It's a modern company that values comfort and convenience highly. That's why it keeps innovating to make its products fit the wishes of young mums and their babies and toddlers even better.

Sustainability

At ImseVimse, sustainability and environmental awareness come first. This shows in a number of key priorities the Swedish brand has.

  • No disposables: everything is washable and reusable
  • Only ecologically responsible products. The cotton products, for example, are made from 100% organic cotton
  • No substances that can cause skin irritation.
  • Sustainable and nature-friendly transport.
  • The local office in Visby is 100% powered by renewable energy from sun, wind and water.
  • An important priority is using less plastic and using recycled materials.
